You can order your translation conveniently to your home address in Europe or Asia. The translation and shipping costs a total of 89.90 euros. You will receive the registered delivery in 3-5 weeks from the date of order.
If you need the translation earlier, then we can also offer you express delivery. This will arrive in 1-3 weeks from the date of order and costs 60.00 euros extra. Simply order a translation to be sent to your home address and choose the express option at the end.
After ordering a translation which will be delivered to your home address, you will receive around one week later a tracking code via email or you can find it on our website. The tracking code starts with two letters, continues with 9 numbers and ends with JP like RR111222333JP. Shipping can take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on your address. Below you can find out how long each step takes approximately.
Hotel Delivery
You can order your translation conveniently to your hotel address in Japan. The translation and shipping costs a total of 84.90 euros and you will receive the registered delivery in 1-2 weeks from the date of order.
Please check with your hotel to see if they accept letters for you. Your translation will be sent by registered mail. Sometimes hotels require written permission from you. The hotel must be informed and agree. Otherwise, the delivery will not be sent. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We can also send your translation to a private address in Japan. Please also make sure that the person addressed can receive the letter for you, as it will be sent by registered mail. Otherwise, the delivery will not be delivered. For a delivery to a private address in Japan, you can fill in the fields of the hotel delivery with this address and enter the connection to the person as the booking number (i.e. father).
After ordering a translation which will be delivered to your hotel or private address in Japan, you will receive around one week later a tracking code via email or you can find it on our website. The tracking code is a sequence of 12 numbers like 1111-1111-1111. Shipping can take between 1 and 3 days depending on your address. Below you can find out how long each step takes approximately.

You can enter the tracking code on this website of the Japan Post. Enter the code on the left side in the field called Inquiry code number and click on the button Tracking as visualized below:
