Hotel delivery in a nutshell
You can conveniently order your translation to your hotel address in Japan. The total cost for translation and shipping is 84.90 Euros, and you will receive the registered delivery within 1-2 weeks from the date of order.
Please check with your hotel if they accept letters on your behalf. Your translation will be sent by registered mail. Sometimes, hotels require written authorization from you. The hotel must be informed and agree. Otherwise, the delivery will not be sent. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
We will inform you about the shipment of the delivery and the tracking code by e-mail. You can see the status of your order at any time under status of your order.
Private Address in Japan
We can also send your translation to a private address in Japan. Please make sure that the addressed person can receive the letter on your behalf, as it will be sent by registered mail. Otherwise, the delivery cannot be made. For delivery to a private address in Japan, you can fill in the fields for hotel delivery with this address and specify the connection to the person as the booking number (e.g., Father).

After ordering a translation to be delivered to your home address, you will receive a tracking code approximately one week later via email, or you can find it on our website.
The tracking code begins with two letters, followed by 9 digits, and ends with ‘JP’ such as RR111222333JP. Shipping may take between 3 – 4 days depending on your address. Below, you will find an approximate timeline for each step.

How to Use Your Tracking Code on Your Computer
You can enter the tracking code on this Japan Post website. Enter the code in the “Inquiry code number” field on the left side and click the “Tracking” button, as shown below:
The tracking code starts with two letters, followed by 9 digits, and ends with “JP,” like RR111222333JP.
Check Delivery Status
A new page will then open with the delivery status. Here you can track the current location of your shipment. Each transfer to a new carrier is recorded as a new entry with updated shipping details. This allows you to plan optimally and know exactly when your delivery will arrive.

How to Use Your Tracking Code on Your Mobile Phone
On your mobile phone, you can click on the “Track & Trace Service” text, which will take you to a page where you can enter the tracking code and click on “Beginning”:
